Wreck-It Ralph: 8bit-Lane

Sorry for the lack of updates recently! Busu with work and getting rid of an awful cold! Hope everyone else has had a better week!

This exhibition has now passed, unfortunately, but if you were lucky enough to get down to see it I hope you enjoyed it! For their new up-coming film, Wreck-It Ralph (which I really want to see!) Disney took over a London street, aptly named Brick Lane and filled it with statues and art, to make 8bit Lane. Anything in the lane was done in the style of games of the past, when we didn’t have the super graphics we have now and only had massive pixels to create things with! One building was also turned into a game using Augmented Reality, creating the world first building to use Blippar, to allow you to actually play Wreck-It Ralph! Awesome stuff, and a great execution!
