Westminster Recreate Marble Arch with Rubbish

Westminster city council have taken to using rubbish itself to show how much is collected and how much they spend on rubbish collection by recreating the Marble Arch (albeit a little smaller than the real one) with rubbish.

The rubbish used was a part of the 120 bags of rubbish collected on the streets during a day from Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street. The council spends £14m every year on cleaning the streets and they hope that this will persuade the public to care more about where they put their rubbish.
