There are some campaigns you see and you look at them like “how did they do that?” and I’m betting it’s the simplest answer you can think of, and this is one of those. This is the Fountain of Electolytenment – it took me a bit to read it properly! – created by Nestle to advertise their new water range. It was installed at The Grove, Los Angeles, from May 3 to 6, 2012, it combines custom engineering, water technology, scenic design and artificial intelligence to create the first experiential fountain of its kind. People ask the fountain questions by holding the orb, and the fountain answers in real time by putting the answer in the water. Very clever and because it gives quite humorous answers it’s very playful and funny to engage with.
